The fourth stop of the 2014 Come Up Tour sponsored by Official Headwear went down this past weekend in Portland, Oregon atWindell’s in conjunction with Cal’s Pharmacy. The locals from Portland, Sandy, Vancouver, and more braved the wet weather and trekked up to rip the indoor park at Windell’s.
